Hello, I'm Melanie Morillo, I was born Ecuador, I was studying Marketing when I decided to apply for couple cultural interships to get some experience in business in USA and I moved to Utah 4 years ago. I have been working with Standard Restaurant Supply from 2022 with dedication, resilience and results-driven mindset have contribuited to build a strong commitment to busines growth. In my role as a Branch Manager, I dedicate all my efforts to optimize processes, improve service efficiency and mantain high operational standards that enhance the overall customer experience.

Joseph Kingston

Hi, I’m Joe Kingston, the Floor Manager at the Standard Restaurant Supply branch in Salt Lake City. I was born and raised in Salt Lake City and have also lived in Arizona and Missouri. I previously worked with Standard about nine years ago and returned in 2026, bringing with me experience in sales, business ownership, and team management.
In addition to my role with Standard, I currently own and operate my own company, where I’ve developed skills in customer relations, operations, and business development. I focus on supporting daily operations, helping customers find the right solutions for their businesses, and creating a positive and efficient environment for both customers and team members.
I married my beautiful wife this past year, and family is a strong motivation in both my personal and professional life. I take pride in serving our community and supporting the customers and teams that make our industry successful.

My name is Paola, and I'm an Industrial Engineer with several years of experience at Standard Restaurant Supply. Currently, I work in Inventory Control, where I focus on continuously optimizing inventory levels and efficiently planning requirements.
April Droge

April Droge

April Droge is the Warehouse Manager at the SLC branch of Standard Restaurant Supply, a role she has held for 8 years. Throughout her time with the company, she has worked in various positions, including merchandising, schematic maintenance, receiving, and floor management. What started as part-time work quickly turned into a full-time commitment—thanks to April’s dedication and passion for the work.
Before joining Standard, April’s career journey spanned several industries, from waitressing to automotive, before she found her way to JoAnn Fabrics. At JoAnn, she started as a sales associate and eventually moved into management. After retiring early, she realized she missed the energy of the workplace and returned to the workforce at Standard.
April has been happily married for 29 years and is a proud mother of five children. She’s also a grandmother, with one grandchild and another on the way. Outside of work, April enjoys traveling with her family in their motorhome, visiting quirky roadside attractions across the U.S.

Hi, I'm Kailee, the Will Call Manager here at SLC Standard. I have worked at standard for about 3 years now, and before that I worked on and off for about 4 years in a few different departments. I enjoy working at standard and being to help customers with all their restaurant needs. I am currently studying Computer Science, with an emphasis in Software Engineering.
